Another simple Christmas Craft decoration that you can make in less than an hour. On the final point you’ll need to tuck the end under the fold of the first point you made.Ģ# Using a craft knife make a small cut in the fold of the point of each star.ģ# Cut your string to the desired length and thread all of the stars on to the string, spacing evenly.Ĥ# Hang using command hooks, so there’s no damage to the surface you’re hanging it on. Turn the paper over and then fold each point of the pentagon to the centre. But once you’ve managed it once, it’s super easy. It definitely does take a bit of practice to get this right. You can use this video located below to learn to fold these. You need bring all the edges inwards and encourage them to fall into shape along the lines you have made clockwise. Judith made an excellent tutorial of 15 of these stars on her youtube channel origami tutorials. There should be a pentagon shape in the centre, this should remain flat. Tips for the tricky bit: Make sure that all the folds you’ve made up to this point are very sharp. But once you’ve made a couple you’ll be a pro, I promise.
